Hello Doctor.

I have a problem that has left me in a stage of depression for over a year now. I have seen a few doctors and i have tried to search hard on the net trying to figure the problem myself, yet i cannot find it. I get this very weird pain "everytime" after ejaculation or when I am excited and erected for awhile. The discomfort is below the penis. It is hard for me to tell sometimes if my testicles hurt or the pain is below the testicles. I mostly feel this HEAVY feeling down there. It is hard to even stand and walk sometimes. I can start to feel the pain in between the thighs. And sometimes my butt starts to feel NUMB. I think it sort of hurts in my prostat also.
And if I try to continue to have sex the second time after I have rested for a little while, my penis feels very painful. If i go to urinate after sex, I get a burning feeling. This first started when I went out with my first girlfriend. I had to tilt my legs so they were no straight on the floor also.
