Why Does My Penile Ballooning Require Pubis Massage, And Aquila Anal Breathing QiGong Emphasize on Stretching The Pubis, Groins and Pelvic Muscles In Conjunction With Gluteus Contraction Against The Tailbone?
For a long time, we have known the endmost point of the vagus nerve is the glans clitoris for women and the glans penis for men, passing through the low-abdomen/bladder (known as Dantian 丹田) and the pubis. This is why my ballooning enlargement method requires pubis massage; and my Aquali Anal Breathing Qigong (vagus nerve stimulation ) emphasizes on stretching and expanding the pubis and pelvic muscles in conjunction with gluteus contraction against the tailbone.
