I just discovered your site and am thrilled at the possibility that there might be help for me. About four years ago I damaged my penis and it has not functioned well ever since. I was trying to enlarge my average sized penis as I thought that would help my wife attain her first orgasm. I used a vacuum pump. I also tried to reshape my penis by bending it backward at the tip inside the pump so that it would curve up a bit. I thought in this way I could better stimulate her G-spot. The last time I used the pump, something bad happened. I must have overpumped. I knew it instantly. Ever since that moment, my penis has been more mushy when flacid and still mushy when erect. It has been broken down. After urinating, drips of urine always leak from my penis. This never happened before. I do not get erections as easily as before. My errections are are not as hard as before and they don't point up at 2 o'clock angle like they used to. (Now, I get to about 3 o'clock) The worst part is, when I get erect, some preseminal fluid leaks out sometimes immediately after attaining erection. I think the hole at the tip is bigger now. Now, I come soon after I'm erect, sometimes even before fully erect. The fluid just seeps out. I can't hold it back. I've tried to do Kegels to help with this but it doesn't seem to help.
