I had a vasectomy about 4 1/2 years ago and since then things haven't been the same. I get an erection and I have no problem keeping one it's just,I seem to climax to quick. I tend to have multiple orgasms,but the first one seems to be pre-mature. I am wanting to know what can prevent that. It's starting to become a problem. I am aroused very easily which is great,it's just I climax to quickly. My wife and I have considered possibly "V?agra". Do you think I'm to young for that? Before the surgery my sex drive was excellent'and it still is;this is my only concern. Does it get worse or is there a solution? We've also considered a possible revearsal. Would this be possible after 4 1/2 years? What are the chances of that being effective,not only for reducing pre-mature ejaculation,but increasing the chances of pregnancy?
