I am about half way through your amazing book and I was wondering do you know of any ways to stop he ejectulation of pre-cum. I can/seem to get a lot of it when I have errections and run sexual energy. It's really noticable, to me anyway.

I Latin dance a lot and I run a lot of sexual energy while dancing and during the day and I can get a lot of pre-cum, mainly if I have an errection, but also quite often if I don't.

I did have a right internal (or was the inguenal) hernia when I has 17 and I don't remember having it before hand, but I may of had.

Also since then. . . (I don't know whether I noticed it after then or not) I can have premature ejectulation. I plan on learning Sexual ChiKung (Tai-Chi Yin Kong) for that, but do you have any suggestions for the pre-cum? It's way too much and the two might be connected? Also it may be connected with far too much and (maybe) too early masterbation as a child.

Yes! Precum causes premature ejaculation due to the presence of Prostaglandin E-2 that stimulates the opening of the emission valve.
