Dear Dr Lee,

Off late I am experiencing splitting headaches during sexual foreplay
with my sexual partner. The headache is gushing from the back of my
neck to the brain like migraine.
Immediately after ejaculation the headaches remains for some 3 to 4 hours
and slowly goes away after the next day.
This problems I have not told my wife and am not sure if it is relating
to my stressful lifestyle enviroment.

This is due to excessive dopamine-adrenalin (stress neurohormone) conversion in the rear brain during highly arousal and ejaculation, as a result of insufficient serotonin to modulate the dopamine, norepinephrine and epinephrine nervous functions, and of insufficient of acetylcholine to balance out the arterial constriction caused by the sympathetic orgasmic fire (adrenalin on the sympathetic alpha receptors).
