Hello,

Im 28 year old, and since a 2-3 years my penis would
hurt sometimes after i came. Then 6 months ago it
started hurting all the time, so i went to see a
doctor, i did all kinds of tests, they checked for
stuff in my urine, blood etc.., but couldnt find anything, so
then i went to see a specialist, who saw that my
prostate was inflamated, so i then took 1 month of
antibiotics, that didnt help much, probably what
inflamated my prostate wasnt bacteria, or the bacteria
already been gone, but the prostate was still in bad
shape, aynway, so then i had prostate massage (thats
no fun!), and it helped my prostate get better, so now
its shape is much better,
so i feel better in general, but my problem no is that
whenever i get exited itll start to burn, sometimes,
ill come, and it wont be too bad, but other
times ill be in pain for at least 2-3 days.
Ive been told that it could be the pudendal nerve that
could be inflamated too..?
The pain is worse when i sit, or lay down, and it
feels like my penis is burning, sometimes ill feel it
from the top of my penis till the anus.
Another thing i had a chemo and radio therapy for a
hodgkin lymphomia stade A1, i finished that 2 years
ago, i have a check every 3 months, and everything's
ok..
And also, i had genital herpes about 3 years ago, i
treated it with a cream and later with pills to be
sure, it went away in about 3 weeks, but maybe that
can have an influence too.
I was wondering also if my sperm couldnt be too acid
or something that would irritate my penis ?
My sperm seems ok, but it can be watery too often...
I used to be able to have sex often, and had a good quality of sperm (At least before my treatment..), we (my gf and i..) still want it often, but usually i cant, ill have to wait because it burns..

So my problem is now that as long as i dont get exited
my penis wont burn, but as soon as i have sex, or even
just get exited it will burn, sometimes a little
sometimes alot, so its very handicaping for me....and
my gf !

Im sorry to make it so long, but i tried to put every
detail i had, and ive been seeing doctors and
specialists, for the last 6 months, and i still have
my problem and dont know what it is, so im a little
desperate,
