I have a pain right at the base of my penis. The pain seems to be related to ejaculation. After i have ejaculated, and not immediatley following ejaculation. I have a sharp pain. Sometimes the pain hits very strong just after i urinate in the morning, if I've layed in bed for hours with an errection. But, almost always the next day after I've had sex. I don't have any problem urinating, except I'm affraid to urinate while having the pain. It has hit during urination and it makes me stop all processes immediately. The pain is very sharp and takes my breath away. It comes on usually when i'm sitting. I'll have bouts with it and then it won't occur again until I've been sexually active for a while. Then it comes back. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

This problem is due to chronic over-ejaculation in the past, resulting in the deficiency of prostaglandin E-1 (PGE-1) in the local tissues and nerves which become too weak to take a little stress or strain, or in a severe abrasion of urethral or prostate duct by the highly alkaline seminal jet due to a lack of PGE-1.
