Excessive progesterone causes severe PMS for no sexual orgasm .

My wife is 35 years old and because of my vasectomy we underwent fertility to have a child three years ago. The good news is the procedure worked, the bad news is that she now suffers from SEVERE PMS. Everything from irrational mood swings, lack of desire, pain during and after sex, the list goes on. Can we assume that her progesterone levels are off the charts and the root cause of her disfunction since that hormone is used extensively during fertility treatments.

What would you perscribe to get her both mentally and physically back in health.
