On peri-menopause women's uterine contraction (PMS) pains during sexual orgasm or sleeping

I have searched and searched the internet, but cannot find an answer or even explanation for my problem.
For a year, I have experienced intense lower abdominal pain within a minute or so of having more than one orgasm in quick succession. This pain does not occur if there is only one orgasm. The pain is enough to cause me to cry out and it lasts for approximately 5 minutes before starting to fade away. It resembles the worst type of period pain... quadrupled! I have avoided sex with my husband - and have developed vaginimus. I think this is due to the memory of associated pain with sex. Unfortunately, even almost complete sexual abstinence (and I very rarely feel pleasure in sex any longer when it happens) does not solve my problem. Last night I dreamed I had 2 or more orgasms (I have occasionally had orgasms in my sleep in the past)... I woke up immediately, and got up to urinate. By the time I got back into bed, my worst suspicions came true and the 5 minutes of excruciating pain began. My husband and I are both very scared and upset.
I would like to know a) what on earth is happening? and b) how can it be prevented / are there any extremely fast-acting period pain killers on the market?

Without PGE-1, the nerves in the uterine ligament can not withhold the uterine contraction or the dynamic relocation of the uterus during sleeping or orgasm. It can occurs in the tailbone muscles or ovaries, depending on which ligaments lack of PGE-1. The uterus moves or rotates in response to the hormone change (the ovarian androtsenedione hormone) and PGE-1. Young women on birth control pills/injection/implants (Progestin-based) or with a weak ovarian androstenedione production are likely to experience this problem too.
