Progesterone domination causes depression, vaginal dryness, and fatigue for no more sexual orgasm

I have been searching the internet for some information.
I have been on HRT for over 12 years because of premature ovarian failure.
I developed hyperplasia and my reproductive endocrinologist wanted me to switch from natural oral micronized progesterone to Provera. It precipitated a major depression. I then tried Prometrium, which similarly caused depression. On both the Provera and Prometrium I had extreme dryness, fatigue, agitation. My doctor admits I have an extreme case of progesterone intolerance but if I don't want a hysterectomy, have to hang in with the progesterone. I tried SSRI's, but cannot tolerate them, either, because of intolerable side effects. I have seen a neurologist, who is stumped. I suspect the oral micronized progesterone I was on caused some low level depression, too, in retrospect, but nothing compared to what I have been dealing with the last 4 months since the hyperplasia diagnosis.
I have tried increasing my Omega3 and 9 oils, taking amino acids, SAM-e and _-carnitine.
I would appreciate any suggestions.
