Case Title: why over-masturbation and penile stretching exercises cause
penile deformation for no more sexual orgasm.

I sometimes masturbate up to four times a day. Also, I
often stretch my penis out after masturbation to
increase the size. My penis erection size does vary
just a little from time to time, which makes me wonder
if I am causing it to shrink (but no major shrinkage),
but my orgasm and ejaculation is fine. What can I do
or not do to bring my penis size up to its full
potential? Also, I have noticed some curvature in my
penis. Perhaps this is due to the stretching and some
tissue damage. How can I repair this?
Thank You for any advice you can give me. I am not
sure which remedies are for me or if I really need a
remedy.

Over-masturbation has exhausted your nervous system and thus caused a deficiency of Prostaglandin E-1 (PGE-1) production in the penile tissues. PGE-1 is the elastin and relaxin for the tissue and nerve to stretch or expand. If you stretch your penis with a deficiency of PGE-1, you are asking for a trouble - plastic penile (tissue/nerve) deformation. Image what you will get from stretching a worn-out (no-elastic) rubber band. You will tear down the penile spongy tissue and nerve. When the tissue is healed, it becomes no-ealstic, no-expandable collagenous one - that is a scar tissue. This is why your penis is plastically deformed or being progressively deformed.
