Hello Dr. Lin,

The vaginal insensitivity and vaginal air pumping are related to each other, as a a result of a lack of nervous hemeodilation of the vaginal tissues and arteries or a deficiency of the relax/elastic Prostaglandin E-1 (PGE-1) by the local tissue. The main causes are the deficiency of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine (in the parasympathetic/sensory nervous systems) and androgen hormones DHEA, androstenedione and testosterone, or excessive binding of the stress neurohormone into the sympathetic nervous alpha receptors of the arteries. The nervous hemeodilation mechanism and the PGE-1 synthesis are mutual enhanced each other; both requires the parasympathetic nervous action (and the adrenalin action on the sympathetic nervous beta receptors), androgen hormones, and neuro-nutrients including the neurotransmitter precursors and Omega 3/6/9.
When the vagina/cervix release more PGE-1, the vaginal/urethral spongy tissues are naturally erecting harder and the vaginal canal becomes tighter and narrower. The androgen hormones DHEA and androstenedione can optimize the vaginal wetness and the releasr of the viscous vaginal lubrication fluid that seal the air passage. Thus, there will be no more vaginal air pumping to occur. The sealing of the vaginal air passage should become usual in the regular times, but more pronounced during lovemaking. In the final stage of sexual arousal and around the edge of orgasm (the orgasmic barrier), the cervix/uterus will release a lot of PGE-2 (ProstaGlandin E-2) to initiate the vaginal/uterine contraction for orgasm. At about this time, PGE-2 gets into the urethral tract to trigger the male ejaculation too. On the other hand, blending the Epicenter cervix/uterus can stimulate the cervix and uterus to release PGE-2 to trigger female orgasm. If the woman cannot erect her clitoris, G-spot and urethral/vaginal spongy tissue with her PGE-1 synthesis, a release of PGE-2 from her cervix/uterus to trigger her orgasm can cause orgasmic pains or cramps in her low abdomen, perineum, anus or tailbone muscles.
