Penile jelquing and stretching cause penile plastic deformation for no more sexual orgasm

Hello Dr. Lin,

I'm 34 years old, 1.80m/65kg. I have been married for 9 years.

Three weeks ago, seeing on a site the enlargement method of jelquing and stretching, I used the method for 2 weeks. In the first week everything was fine, but at the end of the second week I could see that I have erection problems. I don't have spontaneous erection in the morning, the erection doesn't stay like it used to stay (1-2 o'clock), it is for a short time, and the weak area seems to be at the base of my penis. Also when the penis is not erect, it seems to be harder than was before.
Using a rubber ring (at the penis base) the erection stays longer, but I read that is not indicated using this ring. And also I don't want to demage more than perhaps i already did.
I thought that stopping and resting for a week would be enough ro recover, but I didn't see any improvement in the last week.
During this week I also administrated myself "Vita Sex" - maximum potency, natural herbal extract (2 teaspoons/day) and Doctor's Choice: for Men (multivitamins&mineral with herbs) (3 tablets daily).

I didn't notice any other problems (like pain, or red spots, and the penis color is the same).

It is true that the penis is a little bit longer and thicker, but i don't know if the reason for the weak base and erection problem is the bigger weight of the penis.

I am also a smoker (1 pack - cigarettes per day) and I drink a lot of coffe.

If you can give me an advice, it would be very appreciated.
