Please help me Dr.Lin,

Im an 18yr old male from Australia with a healthy relationship, well until recently. Ive been smoking marijuana for 5 years, since I was 13yrs old, I have also recently taken ecstasy, around 14 or so pills in the past 6months. When my girlfriend and I had sex it has been good until a month or so ago. I get sexually excited with her and I have no problem getting an erection but when it comes to maintainin one I cannot. It ends up being a minute of sex before i just cant get interested even though i want to so bad. This is very frustrating and I am starting to get extremely depressed and anxious about having sex.
