Found your site looking for information on prolapse of the uterus. Hope you can help me. I always look for alternative solutions rather than those suggested by the current medical community.
I am 51 years old and in relative good health. I have vaginally delivered 9 babies and breastfed 7 of them. I do not smoke, drink alcohol or take any drugs. I took oral birth control for only 3 months in 1972. I am about 40 lbs overweight but have healthy eating habits. As of September of 2003 I have stopped menstrating and since May 2003 began to experience prolapse during menstration but since August it is on a daily basis. At this point the tip of my cervix usually drops out of my vaginal opening by the end of the day. I have more difficulty when being on my feet all day and with a heavy work load or lifting. It can be mildly painful and uncomfortable. Sex is not painful but not wonderful either. I now realize that this condition has been coming on for a few years from all that I have read
