Chronic abuse of ecstasy (MDMA) causes this 18-years old's zero libido, impotence, and chillness for no more sexual orgasm

I have been searching the internet for weeks for a solution to my problem and located your site. I hope you can help.

I have been a regular user of MDMA (ecstasy) for 5 years. Early on I dropped once a week (5-9 pills) nowadays i only drop once a month. Here are my problems besides chronic serotonin deficiency

Difficulty becoming aroused
Difficulty staying aroused
uneven swelling during erection (like a circus balloon)
Zero libido (except while on X or haven done X within a 24 hour period)
Extreme tactile sensitivity the slightest caress or breeze gives me chill or tickles me after Ive come down

There are additional problems i have but these are my sexual problems. I did stop X for a year and it did not help. I am a frequent user of 5-htp and X is the only thing that makes me feel, well normal
