Hello,
I damaged my penis with a store bought vacuum pump about 1 year ago. At first I did not know I actually did any damage to myself because there was no pain until after the next day after using the pump. I noticed a bump on the backside of my penis and it swelled up. It looked like a vein was damaged. I went to see several doctors and Urologists. They said it was either a hematoma or plebitis. They all said there was nothing they could do. They said to take anti-inflammatories like Motrin. While my penis was in constant pain and lack of erections, vericose and spider veins appeared. Getting nowhere with these doctors I wanted a specialist's opinion. I went to a doctor who specializes in these problems. He gave me a shot to induce an erection, then he gave me a duplex scan of the penis. He said the scan showed decreased blood flow and early Peyronies desease. I had no plaques or bend in my penis to denote Peyronies at this time. The doctor said the pain I was feeling was enough to think it was Peyronies. He gave me a shot of Kenaloog right into my erect penis. It was 50mg. It immediatly swelled up and turned black and blue. He said it would be sore for awhile. He said he wanted to give me a shot for my pain but I had no idea what kind of shot he had in mind. That shot has done 10 times more damage to me than the vacuum pump. After the shot I had death of tissue at the injection sight. I noticed several hard white deposits that had formed inside the penis like scar tissue. The shot he gave me induced Peyronies desease in me due to him causing internal bleeding under the tunica. Now 10 months later most of the scar tissue has disappeared but the pain is still there and now I have this hard vein on the left side of my penis that is like a clear fluid is inside. One doctor said it is Lymphangitis and another doctor said it is a thrombosed vein probably due to the Kenalog injection. To me this vein is right under the penis surface skin like a lymphatic vessel. It has been thrombosed for over 2 weeks now. Nice story huh
! Any advice you could give me would be greatly appreciated. I been drinking like a fish trying to drown my sorrows but that is probably making my situation worse. I'm at the end of my rope trying to deal with a never ending problem. Please help if you can. Thank you!

I don't how much damage your penile nerve, blood vessel and spongy tissue have due to your penile pumping, penile injection, and medication drugs. It seems your penile scar has severely progressed due to the medical treatment after your severely pumping damage.
