Chronic Over-masturbation 1-3 times a day causes his sexual exhaustion and premature ejaculation

Please help me! I am 31 years old and have been masterbating 1-3 times a day since I was 12. About 2 years ago, I noticed I could no longer achive a hard erection and right around this time I also noticed for the first time ever that I started having problems with premature ejaculation.

I am always exhausted no matter how much I sleep and always feel weak and unable to concentrate. My hair has also thinned significantly during the last few years and I have been having prblems with my vision (floaters, lack of ability to focus, redness, etc.). I also have noticed that right after I orgasm/ejaculate, my eyes become bloodshot and I develop a sore throat. If I masterbate too many time in a row, I will easily come down with a cold.
