Dear Dr. Lin
I am 19 years old and enjoy my sex life. There is one problem . .I never experience orgasm during sex or oral sex. When either myself or my boyfriend touch me I don't feel much at all. I have read that excessive masterbation since childhood can cause this and think that may be the problem. Internally, Over-masturbation or excessive sex overburns the neurotransmitters acetylcholine, dopamine and serotonin and constantly triggers an excessive dopamine-norepinephrine/epinephrine conversion and prolactin release for sympathetic nervous fires that exhausts the liver, heart, kidneys, ovaries (testicles) and cervix/prostate.
When the acetylcholine level in the nervous terminals and endings, the nervous sensing and transduction becomes very poor; when the androgen hormones become too low, the resting potential (DC voltage) becomes too low for the nervous pulses (acting potential) to couple into the synapses (the operation amplifiers in the nervous circuit). Then , you stimulated your clitoris and G-spot harder and harder in order to feel a little pleasure.
