Why Partial hysterectomy has killed her libido for no more sexual orgasm

I had a vaginal hysterectomy in 1991. I still have my ovaries. My problem is that ever since then I don't have the desire for sex and when I do have sex it is almost impossible to achieve orgasm. Sometimes I just give up because it seems like the 'feel good feeling' just never escalates into orgasm. Since everything is not as sensitive as it used to be, is it possible that some nerves or something were cut during surgery? I used to have very intense orgasms and if I'm lucky enough to reach one now, it lasts like 5 seconds and has almost no intensity.
