My wife had a complete hysterectomy 2 yrs. ago. Since her uterus was removed, she cannot have vaginal orgasms. Is it possible for her to have G-Spot orgasms (female ejaculation) ????? She's on a estrogen patch, and takes testosterone pills, yet she has no sex drive. Any suggestions?
