Hi, until 2 weeks ago, I over masturbated for 5 years, smoked pot for 3 years, and I am a occasional drinker. I have had sexual encounters which has been nothing but embarassing. During sexual intercourse I only last about 1 minute before I ejaculate. This has made my confidence go away and I am scared to approach women because of this issue.
