Wow! How refreshing it is to find information that makes total sense and provides ANSWERS, instead of offering only antibiotics and questions!! I am a 37 year-old male.

I apologize in advance for the length of this, but I will try to make it short.

Symptoms: Diagnosed chronic prostatitis in Dec 2004, Periodic night sweats on and off since 1986 (sometimes HORRIBLE and drenching!), eye floaters, lower back pain, periodic stiff neck. I noticed last month that my TESTICLES have shrunk quite a bit (They are almost embarrassingly small now)!! And my erection is not near as strong or as large as it was when I was younger... and I suffer from premature ejaculation. Formerly, it would feel like it would explode with exitement when erect, but now, it is simply a smaller erection with no pizzazz. There is no pain in my prostate, or no pain associated with erections or ejaculations, however. Also, since 1998, I have not been able to sleep regularly. Now, I will sleep SOLID for 4-5 hours, but wake up at 4 in the morning, unable to get back to sleep. I fall to sleep very quickly at night, but if I wake up during the night, my sympathetic system is so cranked up that I can't relax! (I also suffer a bit from anxiety, but I function with it. Periodic body aches (never headaches, though!). I also suffer from extreme FATIGUE most of the time, and have been fatigued for MANY years.

Contributing factors: Smoked large amounts of marijuana from 1984-1989. Drank beer habitually and destructively from 1989 until May 2001. (6-8 beers every day!) I smoked cigarettes for 18 years, but also quit them in May, 2001. My masturbation habits change... sometimes I will masturbate heavily for a month or two, and other times, I can go a month or more without masturbating at all. This past November, I masturbated excessively (sometimes 3X per day), and would masturbate just about every day during the month. Soon after that, my night sweats returned, and my lower back began hurting. I thought I had a kidney infection, but the doctor told me it was prostititis. (I had never heard of it). And I did not know it was related to masturbation.

He put me on several types of antibiotics, but none really helped. I read that when on antibiotics for prostititis, it is good to masturbate frequently, so of course during DEcember, I masturbated to try to HELP the prostititis!!!! :)))) But that made the problem worse, because all the symptoms are worse now than before antibiotics.

I will be getting married in August, and I would like to return my testicles and erections to their normal size by then. I have decided to drastically reduce my masturbation until my wedding!! I did not know excessive masturbation was harmful, until reading it on your site. But it makes sense.

My question is, what products should I use, in what dosage?? Have I caught this condition early enough to reverse it??? Is there also something I can take that will increase the size of my penis even larger than before?? (Currently 6 inches, but much skinnier than it was when young). I'm especially interested in being able to sleep better and reduce the occurence of night sweats. And not having chronic fatigue and prostititis would be wonderful too!!
