Hello,
My problem is this, I started the ORTHO-EvVRA patch about 3 months ago. The first week of me using it I had to take some antibiotics for a tooth infection that I had, The antibiotics gave me a yeast infection since then I’ve had problems. I took the 7 day medication for the yeast infection it had seamed to be cleared but I started getting a white vaginal discharge like a day after then when it got close to my period I got the yeast infection again, I took the medication again and now I still have the white vaginal discharge. When I have just the white vaginal discharge it does not itch nor does it feel irritated but when I have sex it does feel a tad different but it does not feel like a yeast infection. Since the problem started when I started using the patch I was wondering if it could be the patch that is causing this? And since I’ve been using the patch I’ve gained about 15 to 20 pounds that I just cant get off no matter how much I go to the gym. Could you please tell me !
what’s going on? And if it is the Patch, is there any other birth control that I can use that will not give me theses yeast infection and white vaginal discharge and does not make me gain so much weight? Is any of this normal?
