I have a question regarding headaches and masturbation. First of all, I am 54 years old, masturbating a lot more now than ever before. I know that I am addicted to masturbation and I suffer from horrible headaches. I began playing with myself regularly at a very young age and started ejaculating at about age 10 or 11. I was caught numerous times by my mother as a kid. I have been masturbating regularly regardless, even when I was in a sexually active relationship with a girl as a teenager and later on in marriage. I have been married for almost 30 years to my wife. She has never had much of a sex drive and hates oral sex so we rarely had intercourse over the years, usually only once in two or three months. She used to give me handjobs once or twice a week to ease my tension even though I was taking care of myself much more often than that behind her back. After she started catching me masturbating I finally gave up trying to hide it and starting doing it in her presence if she didn't want to have sex or do me herself. It wasn't long after that that she stopped giving me handjobs and I stopped getting erections. I now masturbate with no erection completly flaccid all the time even if I lay off for a few days, but, morning erections before using the bathroom return. Masturbation has become my only sexual outlet and I do it nearly every day from one to 4 times. When I have the privacy and the time I sit naked at the computer masturbating my limp vaseline coated dick all day. Otherwise I masturbate in bed in the morning and again at night to get to sleep. I prefer the computer scessions to the bed scessions because I cum pretty quiclly in bed and can last for hours at the computer. When I can force myself not to do it for a few days the headache goes away but returns 6 to 12 hours after I masturbate again. What am I to do? I can't stop, I know that, and I don't want to, but, I can't stand the pain anymore either. Everything I've read about masturbation says there are no ill effects. I don't even mind the resulting impotence although once in a great while my wife wishes I could get an erection for her pleasure but it's not much of a problem and she seems to understand that I need to orgasm often.
