Hi, I am a young student male and i first masterbated at the age of 16 as an act of curiosity...I started off masturbating about once a week then gradually 3-4 times a week to almost everday..I always told myself that i would stop because i knew it was a sin by my beliefs...i would stop for a few days then continue my routine of masturbating...my masturbating started to increase from daily to several times a day within the past year...i looked at what i was doing as if there was nothing wrong with it, but the reality was that masturbation was taking over my life...it was the main focus of my days, affecting my school work and activities..It was until recentally that i realized and admitted to myself that i am addicted to masturbation..I began gettin floaters about a month ago and this disturbed me so I visited my eye doctor. The doctor basically told me that there was no cure for the floaters that i am experiencing, they are harmless, and that my eye was healthy..!
But i still couldn't understand why i was getting these floaters all of a sudden. So i did some research and found that floaters can be attributed to over masturbation/ejaculation...Other symptoms that i beleive i have are memory loss, and concentration problems....I am now 20 years old and i am trying to stay without sex and especially masturbation for a month..i am now 1 week and a half into this (the longest period in 4 years w/o masturbation) and i am determined to complete this goal although it feels hard at times...Is there anything i can do to get rid of these floaters and help my other symptoms. Please help me..I am young and ending this terrible addiction for good. THANK YOU
