I am 37. I have been on 2 anti-depressants for @3 years. I had a full hysterectomy about 5 years ago and am on hormone replacement patch. My love life has been, in my opinion, less than normal since my marriage in 1993. Lack of love and attention from my husband, plus my health issues, in my opinion, have caused part of my depression. Lack or hormones and the anti-depressants leave me less than energetic, especially in the bedroom. But the worst part is, that doesn't contribute to the lack of activity in the bedroom. To be honest, my husband doesn't care that we make love about 8 times a YEAR. (Once every 6 weeks for about 5 minutes each time.) See why I'm depressed. So, the problem is, when I get the urge, I use the vibrator. The problem is, I think that it is causing less sensitivity and less ability to climax and also creating a problem with incontinence. So I am vowing off of the vibrator, I am trying to do Kegel exercises, at this point, I cannot even stop the flow of urine so I know my muscles or weak, but the Kegel exercises are causing me to be aroused, and what am I to do about it? I feel like I'm married to the only man on the earth not interested in sex.
