I took birth control pills (aleesse) for 2 months and almost went crazy at my placebo week of the last month. Out of nowhere I started having anxiety and panic attacks. I had never felt insecure about my relationship and suddenly started to question myself... if I really liked my boyfriend.... when I had been extremely happy in my relationship since the begining... I couldnt even find him as attractive anymore (when I had always been so attracted to him)!!! I lived 10 days in terrible anxiety and couldnt stop crying... it was so terrible i seroiusly thought I had a psychological problem, i stopped functioning normally, couldnt concentrate and only thought about all this... I of course stopped taking the pill... its been 2 days or so that I havent been feeling terrible anymore.. i feel a little like myself... but I wanted to ask you about the relatiuonship between this pills and all this terrible anxiety and bad thoughts that I had never had before.... Im so scared they might come back :(
Im doing yoga, swimming, taking st john wort, evening primorose oil, multivitamin and some GABA calm and 5-HTP.. just started taking these (expept the multivitamin) 2 days ago... how long does it take for these supplements to actually start working? can it be that im feeling better because of them or because my body is detoxifying from the pill?? is there anything that I can do to help my body detox faster? it was such a scarry experience that everytime I remeber how I felt I start feeling anxious again....
is there anything else i can do?????
