Dr. Lin, I have a similiar problem. I began masturbating in my twenties but have only ever used a vibrator. I started off with small ones but now it takes larger ones to bring me to orgasm. I am unable to climax during sex, with oral stimulation or with manual stimulation. Only the vibrator makes me climax. I used to use it often for hours at a time. I'm trying to wean myself off it.
