The specific problem is this, my wife has a problem with bladder infections, especially after cunnilingus. We have used heavy cleaning techniques before sexual relation. i.e. the use of phisoderm all around genitals, the use of mouthwash and teeth brushing before sexual encounter. Still, she suffers from UTI's, sometimes, even when no oral is involved, if she has 2 orgasms, with vibrator during sexual experience, a UTI is likely to follow.
