Sporadically over the past year and a half I have noticed a pain in my clitoris coupled with a strong urge to urinate. I did some research on this and considering I have masturbated at least once a day (usually more) since I was very young I think it may be due to over-masturbation however I don't seem to have any of the other symptoms I've read about (lack of sexual orgasm,depression, hair loss).
In the past week I've only mastrubated once and only for a minute and noticed that for over a day afterwards the pain and sensitivity returned although it was more tolerable than the sharp pain that I have experienced in the past. I've also noticed that this sensitivity/pain usually occurs after urinating and at night before I go to sleep.
I also checked my clitoris for any kind of dirt or residue but it seemed clean and I could see it quite clearly. I am also not on any kind of birth control.
I was wondering, if it is over-masturabation, what I can do to help it get better considering I cannot find any of the medication recommended locally and don't want to order it online as I still live at home and don't want to have to explain it to my parents.
