Hi Dr Lin
12 mths ago had full hysterectomy - today no uterus, ovaries etc. Operation due to severe Pelvic Inflammatory Disease, possibly caused by IUD. Taking bio-identical hormones and St John's Wort for hot flushes and depression. Although in excellent health, I have no sexual drive - not even interested although have very loving and affectionate relationship with husband. Sex is painful, possibly due to loss of sponginess in vagina but not conclusive.
Any suggestions you can make to get my sex drive back and to reach orgasm would be greatly apreciated.
