Hi, i am writting about my Boyfreind who has just abused himself with Ice and amthetamines, pills and alcahol,and valium and he has been giving me 3 days off abuse and says he does not mean to do it that he just says the horrible things to me but cant help doing it. One minute he would be alright next minute he would be abusing me again and now he is back to nornmal again then he says he dosnt mean to do it. His voice also changes and his whole ways change into this completly different person.
Would it be the Drugs having an Affect on his Brain or could it be a mental Illness or phycosis. I do not want to bring this up with him at the moment so i would like to just find out a bit more before i talk to him about it. He says things that he dosnt even mean and sometimes he does not even remember what he says its verbal abuse.. He also told me something when he was sleeping one night he felt like he was being dragged of his bed and dragged along the ground he had to wake himself up to get out of it but it did not even happen.
He is ok now that he has had no drugs for a couple of days.. What would the part about being dragged out of his bed along the ground when its not even happening? Is it drug abuse because i have had similer things happen to me in the past with Exstacy not so much with Amphetamines. Is there anything that could help him without going to the Dr's because i know he wont go the see any Dr's about this problem, he has also had a head injury in the past which was 3 yrs ago and got told not to drink again and he abuses alcahol and drugs to much sometimes. He is a very loving man until he abuses himself with to many chemicals.
