Hi Dr. Lin,
For the past 10 years I have been having difficulty achieving orgasm. Up until 10 years ago I smoked a lot of pot and cigarettes as well. (From about age 25 to 40) I also took ma huang (ephedra) for a few years and ended up with tachycardia. When I quit smoking everything, I started having panic attacks, anxiety attacks, hypoglycemia, and weight gain. I am now feeling much better, am not overweight at all, and want to restore my orgasm. I can only have an orgasm now by masturbating, (with direct clitoral stimulation) once in a while with a vibrator. I get very turned on during sex with a partner but I cannot orgasm.
