Hello, I first posted my problem July 7th while you were away. I'm still hoping to hear your advice as I need it badly. I would like to know why and what product you recommend? I'd really appreciate it if you could get back to me. This is what I wrote below on July 7th and I've also added in the ranges for the Follicular range in the Estradiol and Progesterone tests incase it's helpful but the range you should focus on is the Luteal phase as that's when tests were taken. Hello, I have been in poor health since I was 16 years old. I'm now 38. I have Chronic Fatigue Syndome and Fibromyalgia. For me this entales adrenal insuffiency, hypothyroidism, candida, possible mercury poisoning. I have about 40 symtoms. A couple days after my period ends I have a vaginal discharge that is like egg whites but it's very excessive. So much so that when I wear a panty liner to absorb it the cotton of the panty liner separates from the plastic backing because of all the moisture. Sometimes when I go to the bathroom it poors out. I'm very self conscious of this and because of it I'm not interested in having a relationship. I've had this for many years and it affects my life. This excessive discharge continues until just after ovulation or so. I do have a chronic systemic candida (fungal) infection that I've had for years. I just now found a product that seems to help. So I don't think it's yeast related. The smell of it isn't fishy but pleasant smelling. It's been years since I've been healthy so I can't remember what a normal discharge smells like. If it's pleasant smelling I wonder if there is yeast? but I feel I have the yeast about 75% under control right now. I have had the discharge tested before (I think after ovulation) and it had some bacteria in it but I was treated for it but still have the excessive egg white discharge. In the rest of the month it is more of a yellow color. I am not on birth control pills. I've never had any soreness or burning in the vaginal area. I recently had my hormones checked. This was done by saliva tests. I'm not sure if you think they are adequate but these are the results. They were taken around Day 21 or 22 of my cycle in the Luteal phase. Estradiol 9 range for Luteal 7-20 pg/ml Normal (Follicular range is 5-13) Progesterone 298 Luteal 65-500 pg/ml Normal (Follicular range is 20-100) Free Testosterone 6 8-20 pg/ml Low (Borderline range is 5-7, Normal is 8-20). Adrenal results: 8am 13 range 13-24 nM Normal (but barely in range) 12pm 4 5-10 nM Depressed 5pm 3 3-8 nM Normal (but barely in range) 12am 1 1-4 nM Normal (but barely in range) Cortisol Burden 21 range 23-42 Low DHEA 3 range 3-10 ng/ml Borderline I did another adrenal test 5 years ago and all levels were fine except for midnight where is was well below normal. Taking 20mg a day of natural cortisol in a supplement called Isoocort. It's freeze tried adrenal cortex from sheep. It's suppose to contain 2.5mg cortisol per pellet. I take 8 throughout the day (4-2-1-1). (I don't have a supportive doctor where I can get Hydrocortisone. Lots of people have success using Isoocort.) I will start taking some DHEA soon, approx. 12mg a day. I'm going to split a 25mg tablet in 1/2. I have taken 20 or 25mg a day before but it didn't do anything for the discharge. I've had alot of thyroid problems over the years particularly in the last few years because of my lack of cortisol which is affecting the functioning of the thyroid and how my body accepts the thyroid meds. Regardless of this whether I have my thyroid in normal range of blood tests or not I still have excessive discharge. You may also be aware that blood tests for TSH aren't that accurate. There is plenty of information on the internet regarding this contraversey. There are plenty of people still hypothyroid when their tests are normal. My former naturopath did a Nerve Express test on me (www.nervexpress.com). It measures the heart rate which as you know tells you about the parasympathetic system and the sympathetic system. A band is put around your chest and they measure your heart rate when you are laying down and then when you stand up. I took some notes of what my naturopath said and he said my parasympathetic system is decreased moderately. I didn't seem to write anything down about the sympathetic system but it must be high? as he said my tests indicated adrenal weakness. He always also use to mention that I had problem with Kidney Yang. I mention these things as you know about them. I also think he said my HGH levels were normal though he did talk about giving me some extra but he never did as I stopped seeing him as I couldn't afford it anymore. I'm not in a relationship right now but I would say that my sex drive is low. Given all the info. I have given you what is my problem and what is the solution. Is taking Moodmax the only thing I can do? I have asked help from doctors but they seem to ignore the problem. I'm hoping you can give me some insight. I'me Female and 38. Thanks
