I am a 23 year old male and I have masturbated since early adolescence, sometimes quite frequently as twice per day. Since two or three years ago I have developed this urge of urinating while masturbating. At the begining I thought I might take too much water before masturbation but the urge grew stronger over the years and these days I often have to visit the toilet once or twice during masturbation. Even those times where I empty my bladder beforehand I still can feel the urge after maybe several dozens of strokes and release 150-200ml urine. Besides there is definitely an increase in my frequency of urination, nowadays I often have to go to the toilet once or twice at night. I have decided to quit masturbation as I have come to realized that the increasing urge of urinating is probably directly caused by this rather unhealthy habit, but I still don't understand the mechanism behind it as there are many people who masturbate as much as I have done don't have this problem. I would be very grateful if you could explain to me how this urge of urinating is caused by masturbation, whether it is common among people who masturbate and whether it will subside as I stop masturbating.
