Case Study: Tips for vaginal orgasm.
Reader: 9/06/2007>Hi Dr. Lin,
I am 40 years old. I have difficulty achieving orgasms. I can only achieve clitoral orgasms by rubbing my clit. I have masturbated this way since I was 18. Now it takes me more and more time to reach an orgasm this way. It has been a long time since I have achieved an orgasm from receiving oral sex. I want to be able to reach vaginal orgasms. Is there something that will help me achieve orgasms in more ways than just from rubbing my clit?
Dr. Lin: 9/07/2007>
Yes.
First, you need a G-spot erection first. G-spot must be protrusive and sensitive, so that your vagal nerves in your urethra/G-spot and cervix can relay a stonger action nervous pulses to stimulate your pituitary oxytocin release for vaginal/uterine contraction orgasm.

The G-spot erectile nervous function and blood circulation can be improved by taking ViaPa-hGH-O (3-018)
http://action.love/mail/herbform.htm
Secondarily, you need a proper stimulation on your G-spot with my Finger Pliers method or 3-point Excitation method.
http://action.love/love/fgplier.htm
http://action.love/love/method.htm
Since the G-spot is hidden in the ceiling of the vaginal/urethra erectile/spongy tissues, and about 1"-2" deep behind the vaginal orifice, you need a curved-up penis (with a bigger glans, like a drum stick) or finger to reach that spot.
http://action.love/love/g-spot.htm
http://action.love/image/lovetool.jpg
A straight penis or even a hard penis with a small glans can not reach the G-spot.
Due to its shallow location, a deep penetration won't get it.
A soft penis, no matter how long or short, doesn't have a chance to stimulate the G-spot since it will require a high pressure of about 3-6 PSI
http://action.love/image/penclass.jpg
The most effective penis for G-spot stimulation is the one pointing to 1-2 o'clcok position with a penile glans bigger than the penile shaft, like a drum stick, where the head can go behind the vaginal orifice abnd then exert a high pressure against the G-spot. If the penile glans size is smaller than the penile shaft girth, you need a high attack angle to get stimulated.
If your G-spot won't erect and you get a high pressure against it with a finger, your your
urethra nerves will be over-stimulated for a peeing urgency
Once your G-spot is erecting, you need a rhythmic pressure of 3-6 PSI at a stimulation rate of 2.5 cycles per second for about 5-30 minutes to break your orgasmic barrier to induce the uterine and vaginal orgasm contraction. This is why your partner must hold an hard erection for longer than 30 minutes. The optimal penile size ranges from 5-7", but the erection angle must point to 12-2"
o'clock position, with a slightly curve-up shape or a bigger glans. If the penile shape is correct, a 5" penis is more effective than a 7" one, although the 7" one can also stimulate the most vital point called the Epicenter between the bladder and cervix. That is the advantage of a 7" penis over the 5" one, provided that the penile shaft and stiffness (hardness) are the same. This is because the Epicenter orgasm is violent, a Level-7 earthquake orgasm.

Again, if you can not achieve sexual orgasm, you must have a live vagina, and he must have to hold a hard erection for at least 30 minutes during lovemaking.

If you can not erect your clitoris or/and G-spot, you can not achieve sexual orgasm.
