I have a post traumatic soft glans problem. It happened 2 years ago, when I was doing some manual penis enlargement exercises. I used too much force, so suddenly the penis lost erection. At this time the penis was very erect, and it was almost like the head got a puncture, and it quickly lost hardness. The erection was gone for a few days. Then it recovered, but the head stayed soft since that time. I also have less spontaneous erections, and when I have erection it falls down pretty quick, compared to normal. I have been at a very respected urologist in Germany, Prof.Dr.Hartmut Porst. He recommended penis ring, MUSE, or as third alternative, vein litigation surgery at the base of the penis, of the superficial and deep dorsal veins. Now I have scheduled for this surgery in 1 month. But I would like to ask for any critical view or alternative actions on this? At least it is clear that if I clamp on top and bottom of the base of the penis, the head is harder. And when I release the head drains out at once. So it is definitely a problem with lack of blocking of the outflow. The inflow of blood should be ok. Do you have any experience of people having this condition for a long time and have been healed by other methods?
