My overall problem seems to be getting worse: my erections are almost always weak now when I am not using levitra or cialis. I feel like I am too young to be having this problem and believe it may be causing me to be very nervous and stressful and depressed, which may be making my erections even worse for psychological reasons. I usually masturbate once per day, sometimes several times more on the weekend. I tend to masturbate more now when I have levitra or cialis in my system. Finally, I have also just started taking Tongkat Ali (1:200 extract at 300 MG / day). None of these supplements seem to have done much for me so far. In fact, like I said, I think my condition may actually be getting worse... I am generally very healthy. I work out at the gym 3-4 times a weak, doing running, cardio and heavy weight lifting. I have been vegetarian for my entire life. However, I do eat fish oils in addition to a lot of eggs and plenty of dairy (milk and cheese). I have a good appetite and eat at least three times a day, including a large breakfast. I tend to eat a lot of vegetables, in addition to carbohydrates and egg/dairy protein. In the past (over 3 months ago) I have used creatine occasionally for weight lifting. I have also eaten many protein muscle strengtheners. I do not currently use any sport juices or powders.
