Case Study:  PC / Prostate muscle exercises stimulates sympathetic nerves L1 and L2 for anxious energy and inflammatory responses such as pressure inside the head; semen and sperm retention cause prostate pain and blue balls (testicular pains) due to over-expansion induced inflammatory hormone prostaglandin E2 release in seminal vesicles, efferent ducts, epididymis and vas deferens

Reader: 6/30/2010>

Hello. I have first learned about sex chikong through Mantak Chia's book: Multi orgasmic man. And I have no idea what I was bringing myself into but I did it anyway out of curiosity. I guess I was successful of drawing my energy from the testicles because right now I am feeling the energy rise up to my brain everyday and every hour and when I empty my head of this energy I feel a great pressure inside. At first I was bothered by it and thought maybe I did something wrong and so I always bring the energy down to the navel. Its been a few years since then. I was thinking if this is normal? Its not really a problem to me its just a weird feeling something moving inside your head. I was advised in a internet chat group that the reason the energy is always rising is because of lack of yin energy. I was thinking if your methods would reverse it?
For now I trained this energy to travel to my legs back to my navel, that way I have less energy in the head. Do you think its ok?
I try to avoid masturbation but eventually I give in after a few days but I stopped drawing energy to my brain and instead just stimulate myself and when I am about to ejaculate, I stop and do deep breathings. I also contract my PC muscles to prevent spilling my seed when I feel the semen about to come out.
Actually I did this just a few hours ago. At first nothing is wrong then I feel the energy converging and entering on place I guess is called the sperm palace, the point between the navel and the base of the penis. Then later I felt some pain on the groin like having blue balls that I need to massage it and lie on bed for gravity triggers the pain.
About the symptoms you mentioned:
Eye Floaters - I have them for a long time but it was since I was young and I also wear glasses.
Memory Loss - I tend to forget things easily for I am thinking alot of things sometime too much.
Over Masturbation - When I was younger yes, but now I am doing it less and try not to ejaculate.
What can you say?
Dr. Lin: 7/01/2010>Practicing PC/prostate muscle flex generally stimulates the inflammatory hormone production for pains and urinary/ejaculation urgency via the mechanical stimulation on the sympathetic nerves L1 and L2 outflow for prostaglandin E2 release. This is what you got. I explained the associated problems in http://action.love/extra/pcexercise.htm
Semen retention will likely expand your seminal vesicles to stimulate inflammatory hormone prostaglandin E2 production and  accumulate excessive inflammatory hormone,  resulting in anxiety, stress and pains when you don't have enough serotonin, GABA and endorphin to cool your inflammatory responses and to slow down semen production.
Sperm retention usually over-expand the seminiferous tubules,
rete testis efferent ducts epididymis and vas deferens, resulting in induction of excessive prostaglandin E2 for the blue ball symptom , a testicular inflammation and pain when the sperm production won't stop or slow down.
You should read:

Non-orgasmic semen retention is as bad as over-ejaculation; both are for no more sexual orgasm ,but for sympathetic nervous pains and burning. What is different between both cases in term of the dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine conversion?

yes, You will  need ViaPal-hGH-C(3-016) and ArgiNOx (1-018), plus FishOil(1000 mg each meal)  to help you gradually rejuvenate your neuro-endocrine function and  boost your prostaglandin E-1/E-3 and Nitric Oxide production for healing.
