Vasectomy for constant testicular pain and no sexual orgasm!

We have five children, and I had severe PPD after the last, which at the time I strongly urged my husband to have a vacectomy in Sept of 2001. Ever since, he has had constant excrutiating pain in his testicles. He went back to the doctor and he said that it was because he wasn't having enough sex. So we made it a point to have more sex, if not once, twice a week. Still his problems persist. Now, he has recently developed erectile problems. He will be erect for a while, then lose it, or feel like he is losing his erection right before orgasm. Would reversing the surgery get rid of these symptoms, or is there another route to take?

The problem is: vasectomy disables the tseticular function that produce 50% of androstendione (50% from the adrenal function) and about 80-90% of testosterone (about 10-20% from the adrenal function). Androstendione is the hormone help the production of the tissues/nerve relaxation and elasticity hormone Prostaglandin E-1 (PGE-1). Without sufficient PGE-1 produced by the local tissues, the local nerves become rigid, inelastic and fragile. Without PGE-1, the nerves will release pain or cramp signals even without a touching. He can not perform in the bedroom when his testosterone level drop below 500 ng/dl.
