Dear Dr Lin,

I hope you'll be able to answer my queries.

This is one of my problems, and I'd be grateful if you could help me: I'm unable to ejaculate in my partner when having sex. The only time when I succeed in ejaculating is when I masturbate. In fact, with all the partners I've had until now, I've always been unable to ejaculate during coitus, and I'd be very grateful if you could explain why. I was wondering whether this may be linked to the fact that I masturbated too often in the past (sometimes 3 or 4 times a day !!!). As a consequence, my penis may have got 'used to a certain type of arousal with the hand' which is obviously different from the kind of excitement that is caused by the penetration of a woman's vagina.

In addition, I'd like to have your opinion concerning the reason why I lose my erection when I put a condom on my penis. I find wearing a condom less sexually stimulating, and this is why I lose my erection. Please advise me on what I could do to prevent this type of problem from occurring.
