Causes and solutions of post-orgasm pains and cramps

I've experienced post orgasmic pain (strong cramps) 3 times within the last couple of months. This does not occur every time, the last one was the worst so far and lasted 30-40 minutes. The next morning I was still sore, whats causing this and what can I do to relieve the pain?

There are two factors induced intercourse or orgasm pains. One is due to excessive prostaglandin E-2 produced by the vaginal tissue or vulva for inflammation for penetration and intercourse pain; the other is due to weakening uterine-ligament supports and muscles due to a lack of prostaglandin E-1 synthesis in the tissue for the flexibility of the local nerves, resulting in orgasmic contraction pains or cramps or post-orgasm pains or cramps which can last for many days.
The orgasmic or post-orgasm pains or cramps are a warning sign of uterus tilting and/or prolapsed.
The pains can be in the low abdomen, pubis, tailbone, anus or perineum, actually around the pelvic cavity.
It becomes severely in the luteal phase of your menstrual cycle, after ovulation and before the onset of menstruation.
When the uterus become titled or prolapse, the penile thrusting will strike the cervix for another type of pains or cramps, that eliminate orgasmic responses..
