Dear Dr. Lin,
I just read one of your other readers questions regarding brown/pink vaginal discharge. Mine is alittle different, I first started birth control April of 2003(the patch) then swtiched to the Depo shot becuase the patches kept coming off. I think the third month,I switched. Iv'e had I believe 3 incident's of the pink/brown/black(all one color,mixed together) problem, but where it was for 1-2 weeks. I was in an accident 6 months ago where the discharge was (3 and 1/2 weeks long)and then again 3 months ago were it was kind of like my period then went into brown discharge for another week if I recall correctly. Then I had regular normal disharge up until now. It's been only 3 days but Iv'e noticed that sometimes when I have a light brown to dark brown discharge it's after a sexual act. I don't know if they are linked to each other but it sometimes occurs for 2-3 days after. Before today the last time I had sex(all) was saturday then Monday sometime between 4-10p.m. the discharge started again. But maybe a week to a week in a half and still going, Iv'e had this really bad cramps. I think two days ago my stomach started to hurt were it's kinded of bloated and my lower part of my stomach hurts as well.
*Now there is one case you read and answered saying that it might be that the body is telly the brain that your pregnant and that I guess destroys the egg before it gets any bigger! Please go into more detail but clearly and to were I can understand it!!!
