Dr Lin, My wife and I have only been married slightly over a year. We've been together for almost three years. When we first met, we had an outstanding sex life. Three months into our relationship, she started taking Depo Pr?vera. Her sex drive started declining immeadiately. There were quite a few other issues that surfaced, like her interpersonal relationships. About eight months ago she stopped taking her shots. Since then her sex drive hasn't returned (no desire or libido at all, not just with me.)and she seems to be suffering from depression. She started having severe anxiety about two months ago(which she is taking xanaax for), she is depressed all the time, and now is doubting her love for me. She says everything in our lives is perfect but isn't sure if she wants to stay married. Help! I want my normal wife back. I fully believe that the Depo is the cause. Is this type of behaviour normal???? Have you heard of this before and how can it be reversed. Is this!
