I am 49 years old and I have a question for you regarding my vaginal dryness. I had a tubal ligation when I was 30, and I am sure that the tubal ligation sped up my menopause. At 40 I was in full menopause. My periods stopped when I was 39. My Gynecologist put me in hormones which I took for about seven years, also because I am very petite and thin I got Ostopeniia, and I took Fossomax for about six years. I stopped taking hormones and the Fosoomax because I developed IBS, and those medicines made my IBS worst. I currently do not take any medications, the only supplements that I take is Citraca!+ and edible peppermint oil (for my IBS). Let me add that I do not eat sugars in any forms, milk products, breads. My diet consists of lots vegetables, brown rice, chicken and fish (very little fruit because of the sugars, and no onions, garlic or beans because if I eat them I get bloated).

My problem is that I haven't had sex in about eleven years, sporadically (maybe once a month) I use the waterjet, and I use the Kege!master 2000 about once a week to tone my PC muscle. My vaginal dryness is so bad, that inserting the Kege!master 2000 makes me see stars, I generosly use Estrooven as a lubricant (which I found to be very gentle). When inserting the Keg!emaster 2000 I hear little funny noises coming out of my vagina, something like trapped air, and sometimes it is like gas (intestinal gas) bur coming from my vagina. I do not think that I get any moist at all in my vagina, and my orgasms are very dry.

What do you recommend for me to do? I am embarrased to have sex because my vaginal dryness is terrible not to mention painful (going to the Gynecologist is a bad experience). I want to cure my vaginal dryness and those funny gas things. Please tell me Dr. what do I need to do? I have to say that yes, I love sex, and I have the firm purpose of live a normal sexual life, but I need a cure. Please help me Dr. (Gynecologists do not help in that regard). All that I know is that my uterus is a little bit tilted. I am willing and eager to act upon your advise.
