Chronic Pot smoking and Chronic over-masturbation urinary urgency and frequent urination for no more sexual orgasm

I'm not sure if I'm asking the right person..I hope you can help.

Within the last couple weeks it always feels like I have to pee and the stream has become weaker. I have not gone to the doctor so I have not been diagnosed with anything...frankly I don't trust the medical industry and am afraid they won't really help me. I smoked marijuana on aregular basis for about 2 yrs. I recently quit at which point my urination problem seem to get worse. Prior to quitting I would have to pee about every 2 hrs. But since then I pee about every hour but I can feel it building almost instantly after I pee. I masterbate about 5 - 7 times a week and always have to pee instantly after.
I do not use any medication drugs. I am 28 male.

Please, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
