Pot smoking and over-masturbation resulted in frequent urination, premature ejaculation, and tiredness for no more sexual orgasm

Hi Dr.,
In the past 4 or 5 months I have experienced frequent urination in small amounts and premature ejaculation (time varies, but short). Sometimes the urination is split stream. I also feel tired often. I masturbate fairly frequently (about once a day, smoke marijuana on occasion (recently only once every week about), and drink once or twice a week. I very recently noticed that the day after smoking symptoms seem a lot worse.

I have stopped smoking and begun masterbating less. With time should my symtoms improve? What else should I be doing?
