It all started about two and a half months ago when I was intoxicated with alcohol and marijuana, I have only smoked it two times prior to that and never again after, in the first week I felt like I was going crazy, my perception was impaired including vision and short term memory, I also had anxiety attacks, lack of concentration and I’m tired all the time.

Most of those symptoms I am still having up to this day, except the crazy feeling and anxiety, short term memory is a little better. I was eventually diagnosed with depression, no one can really tell but it’s really bad. I’m still trying to get help for that but anyways, I stumbled up on another problem that is adding to my depression, my genitals have shrunk, my testicles being more apparent and there is lack of sensitivity in my penis and if i get an erection it is just not the same, i really dont know what's going on, but I think I know what caused it.

I heard that working out speeds up the process of healing from depression so I joined the gym, the first time, I went on a hungry stomach and did a lot of weight lifting, more than I would usually do + treadmill, the second time was the same, except I masturbated before I went and I was weak, the second time was harder and I had a blackout, then when I recovered from the blackout I went at it again, I think that because my brain is in a delicate state plus the excessive workout caused my genitals to shrink, because prior to going to the gym, I was sexually fine.

As a result I have stopped working out to avoid more losses,I dont over-masturbate, i have'nt masturbated since the shrinkage and i dont feel the need to.I am very confused at this point and need professional advice, I am 19 years old, what do u think I should do?
